U should specify which subspecie of club tailed (aka spnitailed, ctenosauras) it is, but...
Assuming the average ctenosaura reaches 3 foot in total length, ur vivarium is too short and narrow.
Remember, there should be at least 2 extra feet in length to enable it to 'walk around', a foot more than the TL of the animal for it to turn and move freely, and, being arboreal (live a lot on trees) at least 6 feet tall. At least. 7 to 8 feet is better.
Even the small desert iguana needs a large enclosure, due to its nature and needs of movements.
Remember, iguanas NEED A LOT OF SPACE in all stages of their lives to excercise, move, thermoregulate, and be 'happy'.
Would u prefer to live in a closet or a 5 star suite?

But ur given measures are way too small, even for a water dragon!
