I cannot vouch for the rest of their staff (and their receptionists can be dippy sometimes...wrote down "Fleastack" instead of "Sleestack" even though I spelled it for them!) but ask for Dr. Hess specifically! (he owns the place and he is the best!) He was recommended to me by two other Orlando residents with reptiles and they love him too.
