Need a liitle advise here please..Lizzy not climbing

After her illness the vet advised I could put back her shelves and barks etc. This I did but waited another couple weeks.
I have put all this back and put her nice and comfy on the top shelf closet to her UVB but she is not venturing down. She did the first day but now has decided she likes where she is.
Is this because all was taken out of her cage and she just needs time to get used to the setup again?
She has two shelves and I have placed bark where she can easily climb down to the lower level. She even want her food put right on the top shelf close to her.
Just hoping this is a maybe tantrum thing with her and she will eventually start climbing around. I still take her out but put her back on the top shelf closet to her lights.
Also she is still using her little pool for bathing and pooping, have to rake her out every night for that ritual and she loves it.
