They will usually charge you only a small fee and then watch how they do it and your set, luckily being the mom to a zoo ive had lots of pratice with squirmy critters and nail cutting.
: Just cut the very tips off...don't cut much. You can get various clippers at petstores--either for iguanas or dogs/cats. I've used a few different kinds (if your ig is very small, you can use a human toenail clipper probably). The one I use now is nice...it looks like scissors with a little nick cut out of one blade.
