Female iguanas, as well as males, can sport rostral horns. Horns are a locality characteristic, not evidence of gender. Females can also exhibit some very brilliant orange coloration, also not an indicator of sex. Here's a picture of Sophie, a very gravid female with wonderful rostral horns and a little orange coloring.
