Cleaning the tank out today went very well and we were able to pet him!! It really seemed to help him relax! We weren't able to hold him, but petting was a large step and we are very excited. If you would notice something in the pictures of him (still nameless), you should notice one important thing, and that is that he does not have his neck pouch out, in fact, today is the first day I've seen him with it not out (except when he sleeps)!

One the down side, I do think the he either has a broken toe, or had a broken toe and it has healed...bent. You can see it in one of the pictures below. He uses it and he seems to not be in pain, but like I've heard you guys say before, igs may hide, very well, any pain they may be in. I have seen him using it.

So, here are the pictures. We got a hammock in there. Its not great, but much better than he had. He seems to like it. :) He gets his new home on Monday and hopefully I can get a fecal to the vet. :)

Thanks all,
Shanna
