According the the Giant green iguana manual (my vet printed the page out and gave it to me)
35-45% Greens (includes Turnip, mustard, collard greens, escarole, and some other good stuff)
30-40% veggies (like green beans, snow peas, crooked neck squash, and some others)
15-20% fruit (basically use fruit as treats or on the very top of the salad, it includes - blueberries, rasberries, strawberries, Melons (honey dew and cantaloupe) and some other fruits)
There are other things mentioned on here such as supplimenting with commercial iguana food and/or alfalfa. But those are also near 1-2% or less.
Anyways - I've also seen people recommend 50-70% greens and the rest veggies, very little fruit.
However, basically what they all come down to is that you should base your iguanas diet heavily on Greens, with veggies, and a tiny bit of fruit as an afterthought or treat.
Anyways..there's many sites ont he net that you can look up, i personally don't have the link to the page that offers the Ca:Pho ratios (which i need if anyone happens to read this), but that would be a good place to get the stuff that will give your ig the best ca:pho ratio.
If you Hope that helps some =)
