Sneezing allows them to rid their body of excess salts...it's normal if you find crusty buildup on your cage.
Tell us about your cage setup, heat lamps, UV lights, diet, etc. We may be able to make some suggestions...
It is good to take a fresh fecal sample to the vet and get yourself a QUALIFIED HERP VET..establish your iguana so when something happens later (and it will, trust me!) you will be ready. Many lizards have parasites/worms that need to be treated. I check my lizards' stool a few times per year whether they seem ill or not. So far, half of the time, one of them has needed treatment for one thing or another. Bloodwork once per year is also a good idea...it can show if he is lacking in calcium, vitamins, is fighting an infection etc.
