Thanks for the site reference. It helped gather some more questions for my vet. I NEVER knew the ovary tissue could re-grow if even a little was left in! I have heard of a woman's tubes growing back together, but they are actually left in, I can understand how that could happen...but to REMOVE the ovaries and leave just a small amount of the tissue (accidently), that is just unbelievable. Only adds more worry for me.
I forgot to ask you...what did Vegas' spay cost? I have been quoted $400-$700 for my ig.
I am just hoping and praying that since she is in the very early stages, that she will re-absorb them. She did do that a couple of years ago. All fingers are crossed!!!!!
