nose horns, or rostral horns do not mean its a boy. Both males and females may have them. The horns are a sign of origin (ie: central america, south america, etc) not sex.

As Bon said, both males and females have the pores. Male pores are significantly more prominent and larger. Another accessory that males adorn is hemipenal bulges at th ebase of the tail, and jowls. These do not come in till 1.5+ years of age.
