Help!! Blisters, not eating...

I've posted this in the cyclura forum, but maybe some of you can help me too...I just recently found a few water blisters on my cuban's side...I haven't found any more, but in the last few days he is not eating...He sometimes is very jumpy and tries to get out of his cage...and will even flop his arms. Also at times he scratches at his snout with his hind leg....I don't know what this could be? ANy advice would be great, I think i will also make an appt. with a vet, once I find a reptile vet, here in oREgon--
