What are his temps like, his lighting, his diet, his enclosure, substrate, etc...there are many things that could be wrong. It's hard to say.

Check the web for a reptile vet in your area...if you can't find one in your area find one else where...I've had to drive many hours to get to vets before...what ever it takes to get the right help. Sounds like he needs to see a vet asap!!:( Good Luck!!
