The were housed together in a 65gal reptarium, with a heat light and a Reptisun 5.0. When I showed up to get them one would run every where and the other just kinda layed there. They were so skinny you could see bones running down the tail. Mom toled me he had them for almost 2 years, which was scary because they were about6 inches SVL. I almost told them there was no way i was going to take them, but I gave in. The worse of the two lived only a month with me, drinking very little and eating less, the other lived for a couple of months, but the vet even considered putting her down just to save pain. See I am not the kinda guy that goes out every year and buys a new one, instead I take in those that need homes, out of the many I have had I would say only 3 were healthy when I got them, one being Tequila, and two that I adopted out. What I do does seem very impractical to many, but still I am contending proper care can be given with simply natural lighting when available. I guess if I lived in Alaska I would buy UVB bulbs.
