I think something is wrong!!!

Floppy will not eat or drink!!! Also his color has changed. His body is all orange and his head is almost white. And he almost seens depressed or something. I have had him for 3 years and this has never happened before. He hasnt had his breading season yet and I was thinking maybe that was it, but last year durring his breading season he ate and drank just fine.
Does anyone know what could be wrong??? What can I do to get him to eat and drink.

Any help would be great!!!
