I wouldn't use the spinach at all. I have never used eggplant so I cannot remember if that is a good food. The others are all only okay for sprinkling on top of your salad in moderation-- none of your foods should be a staple food! You need to go buy some greens! (collard, mustard, turnip, dandelion, watercress, endive, escarole) These are the most important foods and should be about 85% of his diet.
