Special Needs Iguana Needs HOME! PLEASE HELP

Hello,
I posted about him a few weeks ago, so this is probably old news. But I continue my search for a home for poor Ziggy. PLease HELP!

Ziggy came to me at work about 3 months ago. He was one of 4 iguanas that were taken from a neglectful and absuive owner. The four animals were housed w/o UV light and only a heat rock for heat in a 20L tank. They were fed a tablespoon of dry food a day, to split amoungst themselves. 2 did not make it. A younger? smaller iguana found a home with one of my co-workers. But poor Ziggy ended up having to live at work a while. we did what we could to make him comfortable and get him on a good diet, get him UV light and give him everything he'd need. But he will never be able to live the life of a normal iguana. You see, Ziggy's time without proper care has left him with perminantly deformed limbs. His front legs are so twisted for MBD that he cannot use them to climb and their mobility is greatly hindered. He is about 30 inches long, but this is no hint of his age. He could be any age because of his lack of food for so long.
He is a bit skittish, but he always enjoys a good scratch on the neck. He is very curious and loves to explore. He surprised me even, he can still jump like any iguana.
While I have been able to combat his medical problems with what care I can afford now to offer, I can only provide him with temporary care. I have been trying for the past 3 months now to find him someone to love and care for him. A montha go there was a promise of a great situation, but the person never showed up again for him. :(
PLEASE HELP ZIGGY. When I first met this iguana and heldhim in my arms the very first time I thought to myself.."Life has been so unfair to you, and yet you can forgive us for doing this to you, you deserve more than falling through the cracks and being another statistic."
