I was reading Melissa Kaplan's book and found a section on iguana's getting back at their owners by pooping and making a mess on the walls and floor, when you annoy them or change their routine. I didn't beleive what I was reading. After cleanig up a huge mess today(I missed his daily bath)scrubbing the walls and shampooing the carpet I noticed Spike was getting annoyed when I would not let him out of the room. He made several attempts to escape his prison(the iguana room). As I was sitting here, surfing the net, I told him I was not going to let him out. He seemed anxious, and mad. Before I knew what happened, he pooped again. Instead of lifting his tail as to not dirty himself, he dragged himself over his feces and made a mess. After I cleaned it again, I opened the door to let him out, which he eagerly ran out. Could this be what Melissa was talking about in her book?
