Food question, related to poop question below..

I was curious as to what other squash could be given. I thought I read that I should avoid green squash, and that yellow and butternut squash was ok. Any others?
I do also give dandelion greens on occasion, as well as some fruits (banana, some citrus).
I know that iceberg lettuce is a big no-no, as it has no nutritional value. BUT, as it is mostly water, would a few chopped leaves mixed in help with his fluid levels? Just curious.
