Iguana growth

I have a rescue iguana, i got him at 30 inches long that was labor day 2001 and hes still 30 inches. He has a active uv heat bulb lives in my bathroom, high humidity, eats collards, endive, escarole, green beans, butter nut squash, and cantaloupe all blended together with calcium supplment. Is his growth stunted because hes a rescue and probably not in the best of care before i got him, or is he just slowing down. thanks
