iguana cage question

Right now i have a 2ft juvie in a 33gallon tank (I know i know, won't be in it much longer) and I was thinkin of getting (or building) him a new one. i got a few of questions

1. how long would a 4x2x4 cage hold him? he is 2' long right now.

2. Would a reptarium be suitable for him?

3.If not where could I find plans for a melamine and glass cage
