giving it as a dietary supplement or as an emergency fill-in is a totally different situation ...

in a perfect world, fresh greens would be readily accessible in ALL parts of the country all year 'round ... and chocolate would have negative amounts of calories ...

*do* be sure to carefully read/research/etc the ingredients of the commercial foods tho ~ some are *totally* worthless, others not too bad ...
