Webshots, who will no longer allow posting to a forum or third party. Here's the text of an e-mail I got from thier support when I questioned this:

Dear John,

Unfortunately, due to abuse, images posted to Webshots can no longer be
displayed on other web sites.

You can only view Webshots images within the Webshots web site and the
Webshots Desktop software.

I'm using the Kingsnake site, and also Sony Imagestation, which is at http://www.imagestation.com/
