We have another free service that we use on the internet called Call Wave Internet Answering Machine. They have sent me things offering me to buy packages and pay about 3.95 a month or they will turn it off. They still haven't. So I still get it free. If they want to turn it off they can be my guest, but these companies really tick me off when they offer free stuff and then turn around and start charging!
