Yearling rhinos for sale? I have seen prices for babies start at around 125 and for adults up to 1000. If i did find a yearling, aobut what should i expect to pay. Also, how hard are young rhios to keep alive? I would be worried about getting a baby. Again, thanks for your great answers!
: You will not be sorry for choosing a Rhino. :) I would forget your preferences while the baby is little and stick with a paper or carpet type substrate. Like green igs, Rhinos like to lick everything. Once your Rhino is a year old or better you can use a sand or dirt type substrate. An Active UVHeat bulb would be a good choice....positioned so the basking spot is about 95 degrees. A CHE could be used for heat at night. Humidity usually isn't a problem, normal household humidity is comfortable for these guys with occasional baths and sprayings. A 75 gallon tank would be fine for raising a young one to about a year old.

: Here are pictures of my newest little one, Loofah, hatched November 1st, '01. She is growing like crazy and at 4.5 months is almost as large as my older female, Bubbles, was at 1 year of age. I think she's gonna be a monster!!! LOL
