Update on hammer. Anole not so lucky.

I posted about hammer before. He is my coworkers iguana. she finally got a larger tank. I don't know how large, but she still keep the anole in with him. The anole is now missing.(eaten) should she be concerned?
I know that he should not be eating those sort of things. Will hammer be ok.
ps She says snytime they be their hands in the tank he whips and bites so she won't touch him anymore. What can i tell them that they can do to help calm him down or else he will never get time out of the tank.
I don't have this problem with most of my herps cause they have all be handled since they were young.
