OT - Help for BD!!!

Sorry - I know this is the wrong forum, but you guys are the only ones I trust, and I know some of you have Beardies. My daughter has a female that laid one egg 24-72 hours ago. (It was not a viable egg....it was wrinkly and crumbly inside with the texture of a soft-boiled egg) A nest has been put in the cage, and she has been digging holes - but no eggs are coming yet she is bloated/huge. There is also a soaking tub available to her. My daughter has already lost one beardie to egg-binding. My question is: when should she panic??? TIA, Wendy
