late laying eggs iguana

My female is one month late from last year laying her eggs and has stopped eating entirely.She is in an outside cage with a
beautiful environment with her male.full sun with ample shade,
sprayed hourly and a garbage can with sand.why? wont she lay
her eggs? Help!!!!!!
