this is one thing i dont get, why is it that human lives are more.... "valuable" than animals? i mean if this girl did this to a person the outcome for her and her mother would be much more severe, same goes for say killing a dog, on purpose, i dont know about you but ive never heard of a person being sentenced to life in prision or death for kill a dog, or 10 dogs, it just doesnt matter to the courts, why? i hate to break it to them but lets face it poeple are worse than these "animals", we arent endangered are we? gezz, this just pisses me off

: I did a little digging and got word today on that iguana that was posted about a few days ago. Both the Mother and the child were charged with criminal cruelty. There has been court ordered phsycological help ordered for the child.
