Anybody have any idea what's going on with pictures? (more)

As Jif mentioned a few posts back, I too seem to be experiencing picture problems I've never had before. I post a pic, and all is well. A little later, it won't work. Later still, it's working again. Both pics I've posted lately are doing this. I'm using webshots. ???????????
