UV Heat light

Has anyone had any trouble with the UV Heat lights. I ordered one and it blew out in less than 6 months, returned it, got another and this one blew out - now I can't get ahold of anyone there to return this one - as much as I think they are good - I'm not sure if they are worth the aggrevation. I came home from work and my iguana had no light all day because of this light.
