This is merely my opinion, okay? But I'm wondering if you should remove the climbing things until you see what's causing the falls. (I'm not up-to-date on what's going on with your ig nor do I know her houseing set up.) I'd hate for her to get injured because she insists on climbing. Sometimes we have to do things for their own good you know? We had to remove things in our female's enclosure until some stitches were removed. We didn't want to run the risk of her popping one. She wasn't happy about it; but she lived with it for the short time that it took to heal up.
Hope the test results will pinpoint what's going on & that it'll be an easy thing to fix!
