Ok so you have not even had your iguana to the vet yet ? A vet is your most IMPORTANT tool ! You must have one that is not only close but one that you can call after hours and holidays if need be . You have to be your vets friend . What are you going to do when you come home and there is a 10 gallon tank on your step with a mite infested iguana with open sores all over him ? What you going to do when some guy calls you and says he has an iguana he does not want anymore and he comes over on Sunday afternoon with a cardboard box gives it to you and says he has to go and when you open the box there is a 4 foot iguana in there with his leg hanging off and cuts and bites all over him from the cat ? Yes I know people WANT to help but if you do not know what to do ASAP then what help are you realy doing ? Trust me they get MUCH worse then those examples ..
