Thats what i mean, adoptions...the others are ppl that dont know that they can adopt an iguana for free and give it a good home, or they see one that is cute in a petshop that they feel they just have to have!
: I actually paid a woman $50 for one of my "rescues." He was in deplorable conditions and $50 was what it took to get him out of them. I know this isn't the generally accepted way of doing things, but I had to do what I felt was right at the time. Of course I don't believe this guy sold his iguana on the classifieds page. I check that site frequently, and I know there was no advertisement like that recently.
