We go through ALOT of greens at my home each week. When we buy Collards and Mustard greens,we bring it home, throw it all in the sink, rinse it real good and then cut it up into the appropriate sizes accordingly.Once cut,we store it all in Ziplock Vegetable bags. These are the kind with the little bitty holes in them.We store them in the bottom drawer in the refrigerator. We use three of the biggest bags of this kind available, and on the rare occasion that it makes it a week without being fed(which is usually when a feeding was skipped)the greens remain fresh.I would guess that it would last even longer than a week, but again, the three bags(stuffed)are never enough to last our Iggs the full week.Give it a try.
