Thank you for the advice and the willingness to share your information. I appreciate the attempt to help. I also understand that, with the amount of controversy that has been happening on this forum over the past few days, the tendency is to be defensive and somewhat aggressive towards those seeking advice. However, I am a caring and thoughtful iguana owner who isn't trying to breed them, keep 4 or 5 in a 100 gallon tank, etc. and feel that I have perhaps been treated as such, or as hard headed and stubborn because there have been so many seemingly abusive owners on the forum lately. I would die before anything happened to Phil (the cat's going to a humane shelter tomorrow morning because it's just too risky). Guess that's about all I have to say in my defense. I apologize if I misread your message, but I felt it was a somewhat aggressive response towards a geniune concern. Take care,

: This is Jimmie -below you will find the link to her story. If you have any doubts after viewing her picture and reading her story then there is probably nothing anyone will ever be able to say to convince you that a free roaming iguana and a free roaming cat do not mix well.
