First thing you do is contact your doctor and tell him that you need a rectal craniotomy. Once that has been taken care, I'm sure you will see the common sense in not bringing more iguanas into an world that is already over populated with them. You will see the sense in preventing the hatching before some rescue, vet or Animal Control/Animal Cruelty Officer has to make the call to euthanize after the iguana has most likely already suffered a horrible life through neglect, improper care or having been released into the wild.

So this, you wanna be PETA activist, is what you do with those eggs IF you have any compassion at all -you take those eggs to your local vet and you have him or her dispose of them in any humane method they see fit... I guarantee you, they will say that freezing them is not only the most humane thing you can do, it's the most compassionate and responsible thing you can do.

And while I'm at it -I REALLY don't give one fat red fig over who I offend with this post. I am SO SICK TO DEATH of all the inane BS I have been seeing on this forum lately. I am SICK TO DEATH of watching good-hearted people sit here and spoon feed basic care information to people who are going to totally disregard it because with their whole 2 days of experience they know way more. Guess what?! The answers are not going to change simply because they do not comply with your agenda!!!

Countless animals suffered –roughly 100 dead animals in the freezer –dozens dead in tanks on shelves –106 removed –5 dead from horrible husbandry –over a dozen had to be destroyed due to infection and disease- 13 infected with a deadly bacteria -1 that’s right I said ONE criminal cruelty charge that the person had the gaul to plead innocent to (because he doesn't see that he did anything wrong) –NO MORE! NO MORE! NO MORE! I will not sit here and read post after post where people are killing their animals through improper care because they don’t like the answer they were given. I will not site here and keep my mouth shut while backyard breeders, who have NO BUSINESS breeding bring more iguanas into this world come here to ask how to incubate the eggs. You don’t like my answer Derek? TOUGH NOOGIES! I don’t like the fact that you/your friend are breeding iguanas and you shouldn’t be doing it in the first place because you don’t have the first clue about what to do with them. This is America and we are all entitled to free speech and if you get to come here and post your garbage then I get to post mine!
