You used to keep iguanas (tropical) and uros (desert) together. And now you want to keep herbivores and insectivores together. No wonder you take so much carp out here Doug. Your husbandry bites. But that's not what you want to hear so go right ahead and keep the ig and WD together, feed both of them in the same enclosure and when the ig starts developing problems don't bother to come back here asking someone to help fix it because you most likely won't like the answers you get at that time any more than you like the ones that you've received here so far. You'd fair much better to go do some actual reading on your own for a change. In this particular instance I'd suggest visiting Tricia's water dragon website and investing in a copy of Hatfield's iguana book, take the necessary time to educate yourself for a change, and quit whining every time you come up with some answers that don't justify your actions.
Good luck
