HD is right but I wasn't sure if you would see his post or not (it's a a few messages down). At night you should be giving your ig total darkness to sleep. If you are concerned that the heat will drop below 70*, try a radiant heat panel or a ceramic heat emitter, both of which give off heat but no light. I prefer the RHP, they are safer, have an internal shut off in most brands, come with a 10 year warrenty and are cheaper to run in the long run even though they cost more up front. I've heard far too many horror stories about an ig knocking over a CHE and starting a fire -there is no way for an ig to knock over a RHP.
