nose bleeds

my iguana's nose is always red, i think it is blood and it seems to get scabbed over, then starts to bleed again. her cage consists of, two stumps, a stick, a bock, bark, food and water dish, i don't know wha this is caused from, but everyone once in while she tries to climb on teh top of teh screen right next to the lights, do you think it could be a burn?? what could i do for it?? please, any info helps.
