Why do you think iguana's don't live as long in the wild? why doesn't any animal live as long in the wild? because it doesn't eat the best things, it doesn't encounter the best conditions. You have the power to comtrol what your iguana eats, you have the power to ensure a long and healthy life for your iguana. Why would you do otherwise?
