But I believe Helix makes a control unit like this. Haven't paid much attention to it honestly because the last time I looked whatever company DID make it wanted something in the vicinity of $400 just for the control unit. We get by fairly well around here with MV bulbs on timers, Enerjoy radiant heat panels controlled by an ESU temp controller, and a Vicks ultrasonic humidifier that we as yet have to determine the method of control. These three pieces of equipment and the associated power strips and timers will run you around $200 for everything BUT the earliest you should have to even think about replacing any of them is one year (mv bulb), 10 years RHP, who knows for the humidifier.
You may want to re-think the top of the enclosure only because it may be more difficult to regulate temp and humidity with a completely open ceiling. Consider a solid enclosure with controlled cross ventilation i.e. vent holes and fans.
