Andy: Igs can get to be 6' long. That's 72". They need to be able to move around and jump and climb. In a 41" long cage, your ig (when grown) wouldn't be able to stretch out. He'd have to be in half all of the time.

My ig is a free-roamer and during the day he jumps and climbs and runs and is all over the place. In a cage that small, your ig would be stuck sitting there folded in half....
