iguana housing

Hi, im interested in getting an iguana, I'd like to start out with the largest enclosure possible and I have a walk-in-closet that isn't being used for anything and its about 7 tall, 8 wide, and 4.5 long... would this be a good enclosure for an iguana all its life? how should i control heat and lighting? how many lights of what size and stuff, any information or helpful hints would be great... gracias
