i don't know if iZ is unique with all the "adventures" he's had? he's banged up the end of his tail a few times tho (usually just a minor ding at the end of his tail) and it's always healed up ok ... could Rex have gotten his tail stuck in something and just pulled it loose?
hope it's nothing serious!!! let us know what the vet says ...
