You can one of two things both involving an ultrasonic humidifier. Vicks and Sunbeam both make similar designs I believe. If there is room in the enclosure and you are comfortable with doing it you can leave the entire humidifier in the enclosure. If not, I personally recommend keeping the humidifier outside the enclosure and piping in the humidity using simple PVC pipe and possibly a rubber gasket. Situate the humidifier where it is easily accessible, plumb the fitting, and you're all set - humidity wherever you need it. You may also want to look into finding a good humidistat to control humidity levels otherwise you COULD end up with 100% humidity , little to no ventilation, and a lot of mold....
