Restless Kamikaze....

Hi everybody. My poor Ig Kamikaze is extremly restless. He keeps scratching the glass of his 50 gallon to get out, but I can't let him walk around. I don't want to risk his stiches breaking open. The vet said he should be resting but he keeps trying to get out! Any suggestions on how distract him? I know he's bored. All he has in his enclosure is a pillow and his hide rock, because everything else might hurt him! Any suggestions on what I should do?
