Seperate them into individual cages, provide each individual with a fairly large water source and see if they start to go in it. Often for things like this to work well, the animals will need to not be stressed by cage mates. Even cats sometimes if kept in a house where a hiararchy develops will not use the litter box. The animals will need to be comfortable to be uot in the upen and make use of such things. Make sure its not too deep as they could get in and not get out. You could also try tubbing them, after they eat.
