Try anapsid.org- Melissa Kaplan's site, or her book "Iguana Care for Dummies" for a good start on the proper diet. Lettuce is just crunchy water, doen't help at all. And I'm not too sure those premade foods are any good either. Anyway, they are not even close to resembling what an ig would eat in a natural setting, so they can't be great.
