Unfortunately, it depends on SEVERAL things, among them the individual iguana. In general, iguanas should actually triple in size their first year. Ball park figure - Zeek should be a foot foot and a half STL. Diet, UV, and all of the other husbandry issues will all have an impact on the growth rate of a hatchling.
Better questions for you look at would be:
What are you feeding Zeek for a diet?
What are ambient/basking temps?
What is the humidity level?
What are you using for a UV source and how old is it?
Has Zeek been to the vet for a fecal/general exam yet? Any presence of worms?
