Haven't heard of this recipe but I CAN say that these days I'd cut out the spinach and kale almost completely as well as the Stay Fresh and the sugar. There ARE documented cases of diabetes in iguanas.

Around our place we stick to collard, mustard, turnip, and/or dandelion greens for staple leafys. Occassional escarole or chicory sneaks in.

As far as an "artificial" silkworm diet - you've got me on that one....Sorry
